I have been doing reviews for a couple of years now, but this one is really special. From the minute you are welcomed to your exit excellence is the standard. At every, and I mean every step during dinner, your expectations are surpassed. The servers are exceptionally well trained with great personalities. Once your order is determined the food arrives quickly and in every instance hot. The restaurant atmosphere is sophisticated but relaxing with an understated old wold excellence. The Wedge salad is exceptional with a magnificent house dressing and enormous bacon bits. The sole, which is deboned at the table is worthy of a Micheline Star, plus the process is a dying art. The steaks are world class especially the Snake River Farm selections. Then there are the sides, oh my, the Mac n cheese is to die for with the butterkaise cheese and the Potato o Grautan is perfectly crusted. Try the Chocolate Mouse prepared table side for a real winner. Dons Prime is the creme de la creme in Vegas and my #1 Restaurant. Btw its in the magnificent Fontainbleau!

We had an amazing experience here! We started with the Classic Caesar, which was delicious — and they even separated it into two bowls so it was easy to share. The oysters were super fresh and full of flavor. For our mains, I had the NY Strip and my wife had the Rib Cap, both Au Poivre Style. They were perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening even better. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

Our first fine dining experience and it was outstanding! I think the staff and service is what really made it special though. Hostess was friendly and sat us quickly. Sharrell and Rob were great in explaining menu items etc. The real star for us was Katie. Since they all work as a team we really only saw her twice but the way she interacted with us was truly the best. Even though the food was good, she was the reason for the smiles when we walked out.
